the snow's all melted, but it was gorgeous last night. a bit slushy this am, but still pretty. nephew1 turned 8 today. we went ice skating to celebrate (well, i didn't. i watched and guarded the excess gear and sat with whichever nephew needed a short break).

also saw nine tonight. odd. BA and TJ pretty much hated it. i loved the costumes and the dance numbers. if you are interested, i'd see it in the theatre because the numbers should be seen on the big screen. but i don't know that i'd rec it. lots of gorgeous women scantily clad. and sequins.
